Using the Excel TRUE Function


The TRUE function returns the logical value TRUE. Along with FALSE, this function is considered one of Excel's compatibility functions and is not frequently used by itself.

Usage Notes

The TRUE function is used simply to return the boolean value TRUE. Using the function or entering the word TRUE directly into a formula will yield the same results. For example, the following formulas will operate identically:
