About Us
Founded in 2021, InvestNet is a lower middle-market investment firm. We are direct investors in privately-held business and real estate assets in select markets and industry sectors.

To methodically and judiciously acquire business and real estate assets for ourselves and our clients in order to maximize capital preservation and returns outside of the public markets.
Our Team
Founded by former investment banker, Nate Nead, InvestNet strives to bring value to its General Partner associates and Limited Partner investors by:
- Performing critical analysis and enhanced deal due diligence, asset irrespective
- Focusing on capital preservation using established businesses and real estate assets
- Ensuring capital returns and growth through positive cash flows and proper asset maintenance
- Promoting growth maintenance of portfolio companies and portfolio company assets
